HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
It's been a long time since I last wrote on here.. over 5 months. It's funny cuz there was a point in my life when I would write in here at least once a week. Now it takes me over 6 months to write anything of significance. Whenever I do sit myself in front of the computer to write something.. nothing comes to mind.
2007 has come & gone. This past year has been really comfortable. That's the best word I could use to describe my life these days.. "comfortable". 2007 has been mostly about my Phamily. My nephew turned 1. My closest friend from high school got married. Had lots of fun w/ friends. My parents moved to WA. There wasn't much traveling done this year.. except going to WA to visit my parents & going to NorCal. It was overall.. a great year.
My hopes for 2008 is that it would be just as great or even better year. My first priority this year is to find a job that suits me. Something that I'm good at & can grow in. My sister is getting married in Hawaii in Feb. Should be so fun! Rudy & I wanted to go last year.. but it didn't work out. Hopefully there will be more traveling this year.. but Hawaii is all I got planned. I hope there will be more great times w/ friends & Phamily this year. I hope to find my direction in life & what I'm meant to do. I need to take more pictures this year! I also need to work on my scrapbook that's for trips 2 years ago. Really I just want 2008 to be another good year.

*** Complete MoisturePlus Multipurpose Solution Recall ***
So yesterday I went to to an eye doctor for an eye exam.. & he told me about the recall. I was surprised b/c I haven't heard anything about it. It wasn't all over the news like the ReNu recall. I started using Complete after the ReNu recall.. so now I have to switch again. The doctor recommended Opti-Free.. hopefully there won't be a recall for this brand.. cuz there's nothing left. You can read about it here. There's also a number for reimbursement if you still have some resolution left [I have a new, sealed, unopened bottle that I'm planning to return]. If you're using Complete.. STOP!
Other than that.. hope everyone is doing well. I will write a real update another time [for those who care].

Time for my BIG update..
If u guys read Rudy's recent entry.. u kno what it's about. NO we're not engaged..yet. We got tattoos! That's rite.. u read that rite.. we got tattoos! It HURTS so much! Not only is it my first tat.. but I got it where it hurts the most. When Big Mike [the tattoo guy] was outlining.. I almost told him that I don't want it anymore. It hurt a LOT I whine a lil bit [couldn't help it.. it really hurts!] so I was trying to tough it out & try not to concentrate on the pain but my breathing. I was telling myself "breathe in.. breathe out". Seriously.. I was! In the end.. I LOVE it. We got it on Sat.. & rite now it's peeling & itchy. Trying so hard not to scratch it.. My pants kept rubbing against it.. which irritates it even more.. can't wait til it heals completely. We're crazy.. I kno.. but I LOVE IT!!!

I can't believe how fast time passes by these days. It's already June.. & pretty soon, my nephew will be ONE. I can't believe he's been in my life for almost a year already. There are a few updates.. other than that, my life has been pretty same o same o.
Work is driving me insane! There's so much drama going on.. on my team! So my manager transferred to another dept. & 2 girls were chosen as "co-leads". Everything should be cool.. however one of the girls is on a major power-trip [lets call her A]. There's another girl [T] who deserve the position so much more than her.. but she didn't get it b/c she's not a kiss ass as A is. When it was announced that A & D [the other co-lead].. ppl were going crazy cuz everyone knows A doesn't deserve it. But apparently it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks cuz its all up to the boss & he likes A. It doesn't matter that she doesn't know crap or that she's on a crazy power-trip. She only got the spot b/c she's a KISS ASS!! Meanwhile, D is kinda being overshadowed cuz the boss LOVES A. D & A are up for the manager position.. but the way things are going.. seems like it would go to A. Did I mention that A is a kiss ass, tattles on ppl & cries to the boss?!? There has to be something else going on between them cuz he LOVES her. Trust me.. she DOES NOT have what it takes to be a manager. Did I mention that I made her cry? To the boss? I was just being honest. What a baby! Drama I tell u.. don't be surprise if I end up quitting.
The trip for Hawaii in February has already been booked. I'm so excited because not only is it Hawaii.. but my sister is getting married. It's gonna be so beautiful. We were supposed to go to Hawaii in Sept.. but it's doesn't seem like it's gonna happen. Our timeshare doesn't have any availability. Kinda makes me mad cuz we're paying for it but can't use it.. GRRR!!! I guess I should expect it cuz it's Hawaii. We'll prolly go somewhere local.. like Vegas.
My closest friend from high school is getting married in Sept. I'm not surprised since they have been together since our freshman year. It's gonna be fun to be there on her special day. Seems like everyone is getting married/engaged. [BTW.. BIG CONGRATS to Rita & Andrew who just got engaged. ] When everyone [or almost everyone] your age is getting married.. you know you're getting older. Life as an adult isn't too much fun. As I mentioned earlier.. all it is work. You work to pay the bills & you work to try to make a comfortable life for yourself & your family. But sometimes you work so much.. you forget to enjoy all the things/people you have.
